Enclosed is the "Air Monitoring and Quality Assurance Summary of the New York Financial Center Marriott" dated May 6, 2002 prepared by Claris Services Corporation for CCMH Fin Center Marriott. This document summarizes the remedial response actions undertaken at the New York Financial Center Marriott and includes results of asbestos sampling of debris, dust and air at the Hotel. This information is being provided to comply with your request that CCMH Fin Center Marriott share the results of asbestos sampling performed at the New York Financial Center Marriott as a consequence of the World Trade Center collapse.
