Re. Emergency Asbestos Clean up @ 150 Franklin Street, New York, NY
Dear Sir:
Please be advised that D.S.A. performed and Emergency Asbestos Clean up at ISO Franklin
Street, New York, NY, on Thursday 4/18/02 through Saturday 4/20/02. An oEcial from the
NYC DEP and the US EPA supervised the abatement.
The emergency was due to the asbestos debris from September 11, 2001, that blew onto
the building and was tested to show that asbestos was present on the roof, elevator shafts and front
of the building and the basement. The work that was conducted on Thursday was the clean up of
the entire roof, basement area and the outside of the building. The elevator had a mechanical
breakdown, so we returned on Friday, 4/19/02 to dean the elevator shaft walls and windows.
D.S.A. Services, Inc. also returned on Saturday, 4/20/02 to encapsulate the elevator shaft.
Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact our office
at any time.
Sincerely,
Antho Frass!tti
