the All of us recognize that as hard as we listen, we may never be fully able to understand lower Manhattan. We impact the WTC tragedy had on the lives of the people living in respect your individual reactions, perceptions and your fears. We hope to earn your respect for the steps we will be taking to address your concerns as our interests are aligned. We all want to make you as comfortable in your homes as quickly as possible. were This spring we asked you for your thoughts on the building and its services and we extremely pleased with your comments. In fact, we received 108 responses and 98% indicated that they felt they would recommend the building to a friend, that they felt at home at Tribeca Tower and that the building was professionally managed. In addition, 97% indicated that they have been promptly and clearly informed of any changes that affect them as a resident.

Nevertheless, we do not believe that we have distributed information to you either as comprehensively or as frequently as could have been done over the last 3 weeks since your return to the building and for that we apologize_ Over the next couple of months in particular we will be distributing updates on this correspondence to every resident at their door in addition to providing copies in the mailroom or at the concierge desk. We will do our best to see that you are fully informed.

The following is a summary of the issues we presented and discussed at the meeting including suggestions that were made that we can address immediately and those that we can pursue going forward:

Air Quality:

Each resident was provided with a booklet of information that addressed air quality, the primary concern that has been reported to us over the last couple of weeks. Copies of the booklets are available in the mailroom for every resident who may not have been able to attend the meeting.
