At the request of our client, Cushman & Wakefield as agent for Moody's Investment, ATC Associates Inc. (ATC) performed environmental monitoring services in conjunction with emergency response at the above referenced site relating to the collapse of the World Trade Center Buildings.
Enclosed please find copies of 1) Bulk sampling results collected 9/18/01, and 2/19/02. Note: Early PLM sampling returned results showing less than 1% asbestos, but as a precaution, our client elected to have a licensed abatement contractor, Pinnacle, conduct the initial cleaning within the building. 2) Proposed air quality testing scheme and schedule, dated 10/112/01. 3) General water quality sampling results from water fountain and lavatory sink testing. 4) PCM and TEM testing data during, and following emergency clean- up activities. 5) General indoor air quality testing results.
