Re: Report of TEM Analysis Dear Mr. Burkhardt:

Following are the results of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis of air samples from our Group No. 5907:

Client: 225 Rector Place Project Name: 225 Rector Place, NY, NY Location: Various Sites Samples received: 11/17/01

These results will confirm and document the data to your office. The analyses were performed in transmitted today strict conformance with the methodology of the AHERA Final Rule (CFR October 30, 1987) for clearance of abatement sites. As indicated on the attached document, no asbestos structures were detected in any of the seventeen ambient samples submitted from the site. MMI TEM cassettes, Lot No. 00265916, were used.
