Air Monitorinç Pro l NYS licensed asbestos air sampling technicians of GAC performed background air sampling throughout the building. Sampling and analysis was performed in accordance with NYS Industrial Code Rule 56 using the NIOSH 7400 method. The attached analysis reports are provided by au iwlependcnt laboratory (SCII.AB, Inc-). All san p1Rs were analyzed by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)-

Asbestos Inspection Protocol Matthew Stock, a licensed NYC Asbestos Investigator, of GAC performed an asbestos study for debris in accordance with all AHERA, NYS and NYC testing protocols, as follows:

• A visual determination was made as to the location and type of suspect ACM debris. This debris would have been caused by the destruction of buildings at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. No visible debris was present.
