Following are the results cf transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis of air samples from cur Group No. 6063.

The analyses were performed in strict conformance with the methodology of the AHERA Final Rule (CFR October 30, 1987) for clearance of abatement sates. The results of' the sample analyses are indicated on the attached document. as
