Milro Services Inc. was contracted by Stone 33 LLC to perform cleaning services of structure at 33 Rector Street, New York, NY.

Milro Services method for cleaning involved the use of H.E.P.A vacuums for all dust particulates and large portable air filtration devices used to eliminate air borne dust particulates. All filters were changed on a daily basis for maximum efficiency. After dust particulates were vacuumed and or filtered we continued with a standard restoration cleaning.

Standard cleaning is with wet washing or dry sponging all wall and ceiling surfaces depending on finish. All Boors are mopped or shampooed. All bight fixtures, bath fixtures, cabinets and any other items that are considered building„ have been cleaned and disinfected.

The following levels have been completed as of 10-22-01. Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 12, 14 and 15 and all common stairways and foyers.
