Dear Mr. Gross:
We herewith submit our proposal for the following work. We are covered with all necessary compensation, public liability and property damage. We provide all rigging and scaffolding under licensed supervision as required and necessary. Contractor to remove all debris from premises as created.
GENERAL SCOPE
Provide all necessary labor, material and scaffolding to perform facade and window cleaning work at the above referenced 45-story building.
PROCEDURE
1) Hang necessary electric scaffold in approximately twenty-six (26) locations. 2) Power wash entire facade with 2500 psi pressure washer. 3) Clean all windows.
COST OF ABOVE WORK
$60,000.00 + $4,950.00 TAX = $64,950.00 (If this is tax exempt, we will require a tax exempt certificate in order not to charge tax.
