Dear Russ:
This letter will act as the contract between Milford Management Corp. and Quality Building Contractor, Inc. for the exterior facade cleaning at the above referenced buildings. All work will be in accordance with your attached letters dated October 1, 2001.
Work will include wash and squeegee all windows from the top of the building to the ground floor, protection of window a/c units, protection of all landscaping, removal of debris and cleaning of all windowsills.
