Pursuant to your request, on September 25, 2001 Nicholas Carrelli of this .:►ffice inspected the
above captioned building for structural damage because of the terrorist de : truction of the World
Trade Center. Ms. Loraine Doyle provided access to the site and Mr. Bo s :on Cabarello
accompanied Mr. Carrelli during his inspection.
Examined was:
1. The exterior building facades (from ground level).
2. The ceilings and floors of apartments arbitrarily chosen, and in I erior corridors.
3. The subsurface basement, garage, foundation walls, columns, 1 uttresses, slab
on ground and ceiling construction.
4. All terraces and set-back levels.
5. The main roof, parapet and roof bulkhead structures, including elevator
machine rooms and water tank dunnage support beams.
6. All interior stairways from the ground floor to the roof level.

This office concludes that the building is in a safe condition.
