Ventilation and exhaust systems that are clogged is an issue that is often neglected when it comes to routine building maintenance. However, clogged and dirty systems are often a source of harmful micro-organisms, fungi and disease in a building as well other potential hazards. By simply cleaning ducting on each floor and not cleaning the twin shaft you are accomplishing nothing fresh air can not passfrom the roof topfans into the building and into their respective exhaust registers.
