Re: Air Quality Sampling Report Pace Plaza Colden Project No. 01204
Dear Bill:
In response to your request, Colden conducted additional asbestos air monitoring at One Pace Plaza on September 18, 2001 .This data supplements the data presented in our report dated September 18, 2001.
The air sampling was conducted in representative areas through out the Pace Plaza campus. All air samples were conducted while the air handlers were operating. Air samples were analyzed by Scientific Laboratory in NY, NY using Transmission Electron Microscopy in accordance with the EPA AHERA method.
All air sample results were within safe limits established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the New York State Department of Labor (NYS DOL) and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP). A summary of the air sample data is presented below in Table 1.0.
