I THE PROBLEM SOLVERS

Glen Verharen October 13, 2001 Edward R. Reilly & Co, Inc. 18 John Street New York, NY 10038

RE: Weinstein & Holtzman 29 Park Row New York, NY 10038 TYPE OF LOSS: Exposure DATE OF LOSS: September 11, 2001

Dear Mr. Warkenthein,

Enclosed please find our detailed cost summary and invoice for the cleaning restoration that was required at your above noted premises following the exposure from the World Trade Center Collapse, which occurred on September 11, 2001.

The above location is a five-story building with a retail hardware store on the ground level, a sales department on the fifth floor, shipping and receiving on the second and third floors and stock on two basement levels. Note the fourth floor is rented out to a third party tenant and was not cleaned by our company.

Due to access difficulties and the fact that the insured was anxious to have us complete our work so he could resume normal business operations, we brought in a very large team to finish the job on September 18th, 2001. Some additional work was put off for a few days at the request of the insured and the job was completed on October 3, 2001.

Please note that the building also has three (3) HVAC systems that serve the insured's spaces which were on during the collapse and were affected by the airborne dust and debris. As a result, these systems were cleaned for continued use and operation.

Please also note that our cleaning charges can be allocated as 40% toward building cleaning and 60% toward stock & contents cleaning.

Should you have any questions or require any additional information regarding this loss please do not hesitate to call.

Thank you for the opportunity to be of service. °'' ~~E 01's ~• °•., ' k~P+GY Res a ully submi d
