RE: ACM Testing
2311 Park Row
Dear Alan;
Enclosed you will find the analytical results of the roof top samples
gathered at 23 Park Row and 1 Park Row on March 8. Four samples were
gathered of the sand like debris on the roof of 23 Park Row. There was relatively
little debris. Samples were gathered from north, south, east and west sides of the
roof. All four samples tested positive for chrysotile. Any reading of more than 1 %
is considered positive. The readings taken at this site were 1.8%, 2.1 %, 2.0%
and 1.9%. The second set of samples was gathered from the rooftop of 1 Park
Row. Although a smaller surface area, this roof contained a bit more debris than
23 Park Row. Three samples were gathered from this area; northwest, southeast
and center. All samples gathered tested positive for asbestos content. Readings
were 2.5%, 1.8% and 2.3%.
Thank you for the opportunity to perform this project for your organization.
