Recent sampling, at this commercial office facility, located at 125 Barclay Street,by Hader-or►svlants. Inc., has revealed the presence of Asbestos within several areas whin the building. Specifics for this work areas follows:
PROJECT LOCATION 125 Barclay Street [BLOCK-128 f LOT-26), 2 blocks North of the WTC site.
SCOPE OF WORK Removal of dust and debris accumulations, where levels of Asbestos contamination have been found within the building. All materials to be cleaned up are a direct result of the WTC incident of 09.11. Sampling results within the building have revealed levels of Asbestos containing materials at the following locations:

CLEANUP PROCEDURES 1. Construct worker decontamination facility on the 2nd floor. 2. Erect showers at the entrance to each of the machine rooms where work is lobe done. 3. Visible dust and debris accumulations shall be HEPA vacuumed from contaminated surfaces. 4. All surfaces within the machine rooms shall be wet wiped. 5. All surfaces shall be encapsulated. 6. TEM final air clearance sampling shall be conducted within each of the cleanup areas. 7. After acceptable air test results have been achieved each work area shall be demobilized.
