Dear Mr. Radllakilishan:
Mr. Bruce McDonald from the NYC Department of Environmental Protection advised me to contact you and request that 50 Broadway be considered as a potential candidate for facade cleaning by the DEP.
Please note the facade and all windowsills are dirty as a result of the WTC tragedy. Should an inspection be required, I recommend that it be done from the inside looking down, especially for the inner core, courtyard section.
