Two weeks ago you and Mr. Joseph Bonder, from Asbestos Removal Corp., did a survey of One New York Plaza's facade to determine the level, if any, of World Trade Center debris remaining on windows and ledges. Together you reported no such materials were found.
As per our conversation, I would like to request a letter, from your office that states One New York Plaza, as having a facade that is free of WTC debris.
We would appreciate your response as soon as possible.
