Subject: Permit Applications

Please find a permit application for placement of the shanty/trailer and containers at the following location:

• 35 Ann St (between Nassau Street and William Street)

This permit is a request for an extension of the previous permits.

• The waste container M02-2002235-013 expires 9/12/02 A DOT representative went by the site and instructed that we make sure the permit states containers and not container. • The shanty/trailer M02-2002 225-064 expires on 9/12/02

Thank you for your help.

Let me know if the extensions need to be submitted differently. Please contact me at (718) 595-3657.
