Re: American Express Tower 3 World Financial Center Emergency Clean Up Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:
As discussed with Penny Theordorellys-Perez please find procedures for clean up work at 3 World Financial Center, as follows: SCOPE: Removal of approximately 10,000 square feet of contaminated debris from the building setback roofs and approximately 90,000 square feet of contaminated debris from the interior Southeast corner of the building located at 200 Vesey Street (3 World Financial Center), New York, NY. The subject building is located immediately West of the fkmner 1WTC site. Setback roofs are located on the 4h, 501,10h, 20th, 26n, 4801, 51st and 52" hoots of the building. Contaminated interior areas shall include the Southeast corners of the building. Work is located on the 3N, 4111, 5f^, 6r', 701, 801, 9d+ 1001,1101, 120,101,1501,1601,1701,1801,1901, 2001, 215t, 22' , 231d, 2401, 2501and 2601 floors.

1. Remote showering facilities will be erected. 2. Each setback roof and contaminated Southeast comer will be its own work area Access shall be restric t to authorized personnel. (2) lyvek suits, glove,'/: take negative pressure respirator, gloves, etc.).
