Pursuant to your request, enclosed please find two (2) counterpart originals of the License Agreement in connection with the above-referenced cleaning program, executed by the owner of the Building, 165 Beekman Associates, L.P. and duly notarized.

Please have both copies of the agreement executed, and notarized, on behalf of the City of New York, as Licensee, acting by and through the Department of Environmental Protection and return one (1) fully executed original counterpart for our files.
