LICENSE AGREEMENT l This License Agreement made thls..2 day of~ _ and between the CITY OF NEW YORK (hereinafter called "ohs City" ), acting by andby through the Department of Envitronmental Fmtectioo of the City of New York (!wafter called 17 Junction Boulevard, COMM New York 11368-5107 and "D with an office at 59- 5j ç nab the owner of the premiere at _ nee^ (t' ') .

WHEREAS, the facades, roofs and setbacks ("exterior areas") of many structures proximity to the site of the former World Trade Center have in close been found to contain debris, refuse and other deposits ("the foreign material") of unknown origin;

WHEREAS, the own= of said structures are desirous of having removed; the foreign material

WHEREAS, the City believes that it is in the interest of the public to of these exterior areas; undertake a clan up

WHEREAS, the City's willingness to uadertak, such a cleanup should not in construed as en ackoowledgoargt or sd any way be on that the City is anyway r a bk for any mo tion, environmental or otherwise, that may exist in or on the exterior areas or that the foreign material is a risk to the public health or safety;

NOW TORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the parties to this agreement, for arid in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
