1 INTRODUCTION

CA RICH CONSULTANTS, INC., (CA RICH) is pleased to provide you with the following report summarizing the sampling methodologies and testing results from the requested indoor air I sampling survey ("Survey"). The Survey was performed inside five (5) commercial building properties situated within the vicinity of the former World Trade Center site (called "Ground Zero") in lower Manhattan (Figure 1), on behalf of the COLLEGIATE CHURCH CORPORATION ("CCC" or "Client").

The Survey was specifically conducted in the following five (5) buildings that are all owned and operated by the CCC: 11 John Street (8 stories), 45 John Street (12 stories), 198 Broadway (12 stories), 127 Fulton Street (8 stories), and 150 Fulton Street (2 stories). These locations are hereafter called the "Properties" or "Buildings".

The agreed-upon Survey scope of work was developed based upon a joint meeting held between CA RICH and COLLEGIATE CHURCH representatives on October 29, 2001, as well as relevant exterior area-wide air quality test results and related sampling information generated both at, and in the vicinity of Ground Zero, that is publicly available and that we obtained from the United
