Dear Mr. Radhakrishwan
The above referenced application for alterations at 120 Liberty Street, aka 125 Cedar Street, is being withdrawn by the staff of the Landmarks Preservation Commission. Upon examination of the Commission's records, the staff determined that 125 Liberty Street is not an individual landmark, nor is it calendared for designation as such; that it is not within a proposed historic district, and that it is not within any designated historic district. Therefore, the building is not under the jurisdiction of the Landmarks Preservation, and alterations do not require the review or approval of the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
