Dear Sir/Madam,

In your express mail of May 4, 2002 regarding clean-up of 162 Chambers Street, you state that you have not received any correspondence from us regarding clean up of the building. Enclosed is a copy of your original request for clean up dated February 12, 2002 and our reply dated March 5, 2002 (with the return receipt request certifying that it had been received by your office).

Shortly after this request, a water restriction was imposed that stopped us from doing any further pressure washing. Also, our phone service was not restored to the building until Spring of 2002, which has been another hindrance regarding inspection.

If you would like to inspect the building again, my superintendent, Mr. John Spinks, is on the premises Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The phone number is (212) 227-2796.

I hope you will clear this up because I don't believe we need any more cleaning.

Yours Trul

James Rosenquist, Owner 162 Chambers St. New York, NY 10007
