Subject: Letter Dated May 24, 2002
Attention: Penny
Dear Penny:
Our Building was closed from 9/11/01 to 9/18/01. Before occupying the Building we had the Building inspected by our two main maintenance team
The Building was found to be clean on the inside. The roof was full of fitter. The maintenance team cleaned the roof and all common areas.
We contacted our insurance company who hired a Company to clean all interior surfaces in the building. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, floor, and desk surfaces etc. of all of the office spaces in the Building. Enclosed is a letter and bill from Alexander Wall Corporation who performed the cleanup.
The roof needed no additional cleaning since our people cleaned it.
The Building was re-occupied since 9/18/01 and we have had no reports of any health problems that could be related to the environment.
If we could be of any further help please contact the undersigned.
Yours truly,
L~ Bernard Lei Manager W F- Z W
