Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:

Pursuant to your letter dated February 12, 2002 (copy attached) and our telephone conversation of February 15, 2002, enclosed please find the following information;

1. Westfair Restoration Services, Inc. Letter dated 2/15/2002, outlining the work they performed. 2. Westfair Restoration Services, Inc. Invoice dated 10/17/2001 for work performed along with a 10/10/2001 letter detailing the work performed. 3. Acticon Engineering, P.C. Invoice dated 11/8/2001 for engineering services rendered. 4. Acticon Engineering, P.C. Report #ACT-2588, dated November 7, 2001 summarizing the structural inspection of the subject building. 5. The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company, Loss Prevention Report, dated 10/9/2001, summary of inspection of machinery and equipment.

With reference to your letter of 2/15/2002, Paragraph 1,1 have reviewed our correspondence file and it does not contain any correspondence for September 2001 advising this building owner regarding building maintenance and re-occupancy issues following the collapse of the World Trade Center. Could you kindly send us a copy so we may have the benefit of same. Thank you.
