Dear R. Radhakrishnan:
We did not have an environmental hazard assessment or bulk sampling and
monitoring done at this location as it.was not necessary.
Our building was closed by management shortly after the incident on Septe r
HVAC systems were shut down at that' time.
Prior to re-opening on September 22 we (management) inspected the bull and
found that there was no damage to anything .inside the building. All mercy [Sc was
still in saleable condition.
We did find debris on the roof of thb building in the form of dust/dirt and p s, etc.,
that blew over from the World Tr* Center.
We engaged a cleaning service to dean up the roof and a duct cleaning ser to clean
all air conditioning ducts. All air conditioning fitters were changed and di ns were
closed so that we are re-circulating air.
I hope this .information is helpful.
erely,
