Dear Department of Environmental Protection, asbestos This letter is a formal notification of a complaint with regards to a high level of contamination at 150 Franklin Street Cooperative Inc. which were tested with results of and 1.2%,1.4% & 1.6% . Proper asbestos abatement methods as required by law especially in cases of an educational regulation whenever asbestos exceeds 1% - institutional presence. Center We require immediate action due to the fact that there is a operating Day Care present on the third floor. We demand that DEP ensure that any construction work on the scheduled roof including but not limited the building of a bulkhead be stopped. Work is has begun today by the General Contractor: Grand Renovation, Inc.
