PROJECT: ST. MARGARET'S HOUSE 49 FULTON STREET NEW YORK NY 10038

In response to your inspection on February 16, 2002, please find below a listing of all work performed at our facility on and after September 11, 2001.

At the time of the tragedy, under the order of our executive director, Mr. Joseph B. all public Breed, ow ventilation system was shut down immediately. All windows in on that day, knocked on doors of area were closed and the staff, which were on duty had been tenants who are home, and assists them to, closed their windows. Tenants advised not to open their windows until further notice.

All public areas were cleaned and dusted continuously by in-house and contracted janitorial gaff All major equipment were serviced by the respective service contractors, stated as follow:

continuously Service contractors, on a timely preventative maintenance schedule, are maintaining all areas and auxiliary systems in this facility.

An air sampling was done by the Department of Health on November 29, 2001 and the results are attached with this document.
