Regarding our conversation of December 6, pertaining to the collection of samples at 93 Nassau Street AKA 13S439 Fulton Street, 28-34 Ann Street, New York, New York. I personally coitected the samples on the 3r0 of September the following Is a list of procedures:

1. Samples were collected from outside the window of room 312. Thu was the north window facing east on the Nassau Street side of the building. 2. Samples were collected at approximately 3:30 PM on 09/03/2002. 3. First. sample collected was from the windowsill, the sample was collected using a sterile ptastic spoon. The sample was placed into a marked new ziiploc bag. 4. Second sample was a large paint chip collected from the north side of the exterior cast iron window casing. This sample was collected using a tweezers and placed into a mar* ziploc bag. This sample was tested only on the front painted side. . The third sample was collected from the south window casing of the same window it was a smaller chip, which was blackened on the backside. This sample

was collected

with a tweezers and placed Into a marked ztploc bag. This chip was oniy tested on the blackened side. The bla sted side which was dislodged from the cast iron. 6. All the samples were then placed indwidualiy into a crash proof tube and placed Into a box holding a bed of Styrofoam chips to ensure unbroken delivery to the testing laboratory, 7. The package was sent Federal Express to the Ambient Group Inc. 10 Morris oy

Avenue, Glen Cove, New York 11542. 8. The package was received on 09/04/2002 and assigned a job number C'/S-4033 It was analyzed on 09/05/2002.
