I The Property Damage Insurance shall specifically cover any damages suffered by the Owner and Consultant, as well as the public in general.

3. AUTOMOBILE AND TRUCK INSURANCE: In an amount not less than ten million ($10,000,000.00) for injuries and or wrongful death to any one person and subject to the same limit for each person, in an amount not less I than ten million dollars ($10,000,000.00) on account of one accident and Property Damage Insurance in an amount not less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00). I 4. COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY: The Contractor shall

a) The Drawings and Specifications indicate the standard of quality of materials and work required. b) All labor and materials reasonably inferred by the specifications shall be completed by the Contractor for the fixed price stated in his bid. No CASH

ASSIGNMENT OF THE CONTRACT:

I The Contractor shall not assign or transfer the contract, or transfer in whole or in part any rights or privileges which may accrue under the terms of the contract, or to assign any I money which may become due under the contract, without the written consent of the Owner.

I 34. TEMPORARY SERVICES:

The Contractor may utilize water and electricity at the project site which shall be made available by the Owner from existing connection points. The Contractor shall be respon- sible for distribution of services to work areas on the project site, in accordance with prevailing codes and local requirements. Temporary services shall be maintained by the I Contractor and shall be secured at the end of each work day.
