Gentlemen:

With regard to the above captioned property and in response to your letter dated February 12, 2002, a copy of which is enclosed, you will fmd our Environmental Hazardous assessment including bulk sample results and air monitoring results performed by Shaindel Environmental Consulting, Inc.

Regarding our clean up at the site we employed the services of 1-800-Chute-Me to service and clean all incremental air conditioning units in all residents apartments. Additionally, this company cleaned all public area roof fans, air handling equipment and duct work throughout the building. We also employed McLaughlin Restoration Corp. to clean the entire exterior of the building; public corridors, the lobby service area and most tenant occupied units (where permission was granted); B & A Restoration Contractors, Inc. was hired to clean all exterior surfaces of the building. Additionally, we engaged Rosenwasser-Grossman Consulting Engineers, P.C. to inspect the buildings structural integrity.
