I just received your notice of February 12, 2002 (first notice of any kind this subject), As managing agent for 83 Murray Condominium, the re correct address to send mail to is 83 Murray Condominium do Advanced Management Services, 25 West 45`h Street, Suite 401, New York, NY 10036.
In answer to your request I have enclosed paperwork from Maxons Restorations who cleaned the roof, public hallways, elevator, stairwells, all interior surfaces, fixtures and window surfaces. Also enclosed is the paperwork from Herbert Rose Building Restoration for the cleaning (power wash) of the façade.
