Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:
Please see attached License Agreement signed by the Board President of the above referenced building.
We are concerned with erecting scaffolding because the sidewalk in front of 41- 43 Murray Street needs to be replaced. At this time the vault beneath the sidewalk is shored up for safety measures. This sidewalk replacement will commence shortly after Con Edison removes their electric feeders from the curb of the sidewalk.
I will contact you when the sidewalk replacement is completed so we can schedule the exterior cleaning of the building.
