Dear Sir;
In response to your letter dated February 16, 2002, attached you will
find our contractcrs invoice for window and ledge cleaning G1t 75 Maiden
Lane, after the WTC incident. Included to the enclosed is the
correspondence sent to us by North Atlantic Labs after Air Quality Testing
were performed in our building.
Furthermore, we had several air- conditioning vendors clean the
building cooling towers and power wash the interior coils of our building
system. The air filters were changed before the building's HVAC system
was put back on-line and have been changed several times thereafter.
Harvard Maintenance handles our marble facade. This has been
cleaned several times after the events of September 11. In addition,
building maintenance has cleaned the awnings on the sidewalk level and
the roof.
I am hopeful this information will satisfy all of DEP's requirements for
building occupancy. Please do not hesitate to contact me at 212-386-
7712 if you require any further information.
Very Truly Yours;
Jack Constantine
