Theodorellys, Penny From: Ellen Gesmer [[email protected]] Sent: Friday, August 23, 2002 8:58 AM To: Penny Theodorellys Subject: 125 Cedar Dear Penny,

Mike Gilsenan advised me that I should be in touch with you concerning remaining issues on the scope in his absence. With regard to 7S, Mike had asked me whether the tenants wanted their appliances and bookcases moved or discarded. The tenants want the appliances DISCARDED. With regard to the built-in bookcases, they want them MOVED, so that the cleaners can clean behind them, but they want the bookcases left in the apartment so that they can later be reinstalled. With regard to the firebricks in the apartment: in his last email to me, Mike referred to them as a fireplace. Please note that the firebricks form several columns of one wall, and also part of a wall under the windows, so the surface area is considerably larger than a fireplace. Please call me if you have any questions about this. Thanks for your assistance. Ellen Gesmer, Esq. Gulielmetti & Gesmer, P.C. 401 Broadway, Suite 1901 New York, New York 10013-3005 phone: 212-219-2114 fax 212-966-2162 www.gulges.com
