DUCT CLEANING

WORK TO BE PERFORMED

We will clean and sanitize the entire air conditioning systems servicing four apartments located at 84 West Broadway, New York City.

We will clean four condenser units on the roof We will clean the entire air conditioning systems servicing four apartments, which include cleaning of one air conditioning unit and all supply and return ductwork, grilles and registers per apartment.

All this work will be done with the use of high-pressure vacuums and modern machinery. Our vacuums are equipped with a two stage air filter which removes contaminates in the air, 99.5% efficient down to .3 microns.

After the cleaning process, a sanitizer/disinfectant will be spray misted into the system in order to remove any remaining mold, bacteria, dust, mites, etc.

FANS, UNITS AND COILS

The coils shall be thoroughly cleaned, brushed and vacuumed. The units and plenum chambers shall be thoroughly vacuumed. The interior surfaces of the fan housing including all fan blades and other parts of the fan shall be thoroughly cleaned and washed. A porto blast shall be used if at all feasible to perform this part of the cleaning. GRILLES AND REGISTERS

All grilles and registers throughout the above mentioned system would be removed and thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed of all dirt and soot accumulations. Contractor shall not be held responsible for any paint, retouching or plaster cracking adjacent to openings, but extreme care will be observed to avoid any unnecessary damage or soiling. PROTECTION

Drop cloths will be provided to insure adequate protection to the areas in which the work is to be performed. Our workmen are fully experienced in this type of work. Contractors shall leave the area, in which he has worked, in a broom clean condition.

All work herein described shall be done for the sum of: $6,000.00 plus applicable sales tax.
