re: 57 Warren Street Owners Inc. 57 Warren Street New York, New York 10007

Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan;

As per our conversation, please be advised that 57 Warren Street is a residential loft building consisting of 7 residential units and one retail unit, as further our conversation the building does not have any central A/C system. The collapse of the World Trade Center caused little damage to the building other than the need to clean the premises and some damage to the glass in the building entrance door. We were advised by our insurance carrier to contact Maxons Restoration for interior cleaning, which they did using Hepa vacuums. The front facade has been cleand by Remco.

Sincerely,

Leonard Fox, managing agent
