To whom it may concern,
The above-mentioned property is based at the Brooklyn Bridge, approximately three quarters of a mile away from the World Trade Center. After a visual inspection seven days after the events of September 11`h we saw no need to have the building tested for asbestos or any other biohazard, Our feeling was, if the City officials were allowing us back to our working environment it must be safe. There were no signs of dust or debris on or around the building. The restaurant, which is located in the property, was opened 23ra for business on the evening of the September
If there is any testing that is required by the City or any other official agencies please advise uS as soon as possible.
