Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:

Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) is the environmental consultant representing the owner of the captioned location. On their behalf PSI is responding to your letter to our client, dated February 12, 2002.

The first paragraph of the letter refers to information provided by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) and New York City Department of Health (NYCDOH) to "building owners regarding building maintenance and re- occupancy issues following the collapse of the World Trade Center." Please provide PSI with a copy of this information, so that we may properly reply to your request.
