I am special counsel to South William Parking, LLC who has asked me to respond to your letter of April 19, 2002.
I observed from the nature of the letter that it is a form letter addressed to building owners regarding building maintenance and re-occupancy issued following the collapse of the World Trade Center.
My client, South William Parking LLC is not the building owner but is a tenant of the building under lease from the landlord.
I am advised that there were no noticeable problems following the collapse of the World Trade Center and as a result there is no bulk sample testing performed or air monitoring testing performed.
