By FAX (718) 595-3744 Re: 110 Wall Street
Gentlemen:
This letter Is being written In response to your inquiry of April 13, 2002 regarding the re-occupancy of the above referenced building.
110 Wall Street Is located 4,000 feet southeast of the World Trade Center site and had very minimal dust accumulations of the roof, setback and sidewalk areas. These areas were cleaned using wet methods as per NYC DEP procedural directive Issue on September 14, 2001.
There was no dust accumulation within the interior of the building since the HVAC systems were secured prior to the collapse of the first tower. As a further precaution, the HVAC air handling systems were professionally cleaned and new air filters were installed throughout prior to re-opening on Monday, September 17, 2001. It should also be noted that all of the building's window glass remained intact.
We will continue to periodically assess the condition of the building's exterior and air conditioning systems for cleanliness and take appropriate measures if needed.
If you have any questions, please call the undersigned. Ve my yours
Richard F. Concannon RFC:CWF
