As for 112-114 Chambers Street, the building was reoccupied finally sometime in October, 2001 when the street reopened. The occupancies are commercial lofts on the upper floors and stores on the ground floor and they each cleaned up their own spaces Q prior to reoccupying. The landlord hired a company called Maxons (please see enclosed contract) to clean the hallways and our own contractors checked and cleaned the roofs.

Thank you for your kind attention.
