• Mr. Frank J. Ambriano May 27, 2002 -2—

We next refer to page 5 of that same exhibit, specifically the fourth paragraph, in which reference is made to sealing windows with duct tape to prevent water penetration. We advise that the church has stained glass windows, all of which were originally installed in the mid-19th century. We simply bring this up to note that care should be used in sealing (and cleaning) these windows.

Finally, concerning the license itself, we refer to page 3, ¶9. We advise that the church building is in fact a designated landmark and you have our permission to file the appropriate application as referred to in that paragraph.

In addition to our Minister, certainly if I can be of any assistance in this project, please contact me.

On behalf of our congregation, we very much appreciate your agency's role in addressing these important environmental issues Downtown.

Best regards.

Very truly yours,

ames H. Hohenstein
