Pursuant to Section 25-310 of the Administrative Code of the City of New Y le Landmarks Preservation Commission hereby approves certain alterations to the subject premises as pt in your application completed on June 24, 2002.

The approved work consists of cleaning the exterior of the building, including t cade and, roof, of debris related to the collapse of the World Trade Center, including, at the facade, remc 4 all loose debris using, on the horizontal surfaces, non-metallic bristle brushes or scrapers, followed tip vet wiping and a low pressure water rinse of not more than 250 PSI, and, at the roof, collecting all loc $ebris. $asking loose gravel, and wet wiping other surfaces, as described in specifications prepared th qty of Department of Environmental Protection and submitted as components of this:a~ l.Te" York

In reviewing this proposal. the Commission noted that the designation report fbr: i Individual Landmark describes the Temple Court Building as an eclectic office building built in twd s '4s; the first combining elements of the Queen Anne, neo-Crec, and Renaissance revival styles, designed "' ,Silli ast Ind Farnsworth and built in 1881-83, and the second section in the Romanesgae revival style, dessgne biy.
