The approved work consists of cleaning the exterior of the

related to the collapse of the World Trade Center, including, at the
facade, retnc all loose debris using,

followed tip wiping and a low
pressure water rinse of not more than 250 PSI, and, at the roof,

gravel, and wet wiping other surfaces, as described in

In reviewing this proposal. the Commission noted that the
designation report fnr. $ 1 Individual Landmark
describes the Temple Court Building as an eclectic office building
built in two sv the fist combining
elements of the Queen Anne, nee-Orec, and Renaissance revival
styles, designed S,illiman and Farnsworth and
built in 1881-83, and the second section in the Romanesgcre
revival style, designs ~yyJames Farnsworth and.
built in 1889-90. The Comnnission also notes that there is some

Staff has reviewed these specifications and finds that the work
