Pursuant to Section 25.310 of the Administrative Code of the City of New Yc Commission hereby approves certain alterations to the subject premises as .4 e L and rks Preservation pre c¢`d in your application completed on June 24, 2002.

The approved work consists of cleaning the exterior of the building, including t7 le cade and, roof, of debris related to the collapse of the World Trade Center, including, at the facade, retnc all loose debris using, on the horizontal surfaces, nonmetallic bristle brushes or scrapers, followed tip wiping and a low pressure water rinse of not more than 250 PSI, and, at the roof, collecting all tot ebris, dashing loose gravel, and wet wiping other surfaces, as described in specifications prepared th ar ty of New York Department of Environmental Protection and submitted as components of this:al In reviewing this proposal. the Commission noted that the designation report fnr. $ 1 Individual Landmark describes the Temple Court Building as an eclectic office building built in two sv the fist combining elements of the Queen Anne, nee-Orec, and Renaissance revival styles, designed S,illiman and Farnsworth and built in 1881-83, and the second section in the Romanesgcre revival style, designs ~yyJames Farnsworth and. built in 1889-90.
