The staff of the Landmarks Preservation Commission recently received a reques

Staff has reviewed these specifications and finds that the work on the facade G f will not require the
removal of any significant protected material; that it will not detract from the c'taral character of
the building or the streetscape, and that cleaning the facade will bring the bu 4g; loser to its historic
appearance. Therefore, the Commission has no objection to the work proceea t !his time; or the issuance
of permits by any other city agency.
A copy of this permit have been sent to the City of New York Department En nmental Protection.
