3. The LPC permit will be issued to DEP by fax. I will tell Weiss to fax permits to 3744. The permit should be forwarded to the applicable contractor, who should post it during the work.
4. Under "detailed Description of Proposed Work", we should indicate the approximate dates of the work, and specify whether we will be cleaning roof, facade, or both. It will not be necessary to attach the scope of work since I will be forwarding those to Weiss.
