The recovery for 1 of the 3 Surrogate Standards in this sample is below its acceptance range. Recoveries for 3 of
the 18 compounds in the MDL and LCS Standards are outside of their acceptance ranges. Recoveries for 4 of the
18 compounds in the Spiked Sample are outside of their acceptance ranges. The level for bis(2-Ethylhexyl)phthalate
in the Laboratory Blank is 1.2 ug/L.
