The results of the sampling represent conditions found on the date the samples were collected.
RESULTS
Samples were obtained inside the Lobby Main entrance, multipurpose room near the kitchen. Classroom 502 and Classroom 503.
Silica was detected in two of the four samples: • Sample ATC-0318-150M-S1, collected in the Main Lobby contained 0.0235 milligrams per cubic meter of air (mg/m^); • Sample ATC-0318-150M-S2, collected in the Multipurpose Room contained 0.0363 mg/m’.
There is on-going construction activity at Independence Plaza where the school is located and this may be the source of the silica detected in these samples.
